I have always been interested in health and well-being, and in finding balance in life.
In Taoism, on which I base a lot of my practice, the goal is to balance the opposing forces of Yin and Yang, finding a happy middle. This happy middle is very personal and different for everyone.
My interest is to enable each individual to find their own happy middle and balance in their own way.
When our mind is in balance, we’re calm.
When our emotions are in balance, we’re happy.
When our body is in balance, we’re healthy.
Meditation is a wonderful way to balance our mind and emotions.
Shiatsu is a wonderful therapy to balance our body and emotions.
